What Happens in the Consultation
During our free 15-minute phone consultation, we’ll briefly talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. You can share as much or as little as feels comfortable.
Because this is a short call, the goal isn’t to dive deep. Instead, we’ll focus on your main concerns, your goals, and any questions you may have about EMDR, IFS, or somatic therapy.
